Two 30-square-meter suites: Shahryar (two single beds) and Ebtahaj (one double bed)
Two 50-square-meter suites: Roudaki and Forough Farrokhzad (one double bed and one single bed)
Two 75-square-meter suites: Jami and Saadi (one double bed and two single beds)
One 150-square-meter suite: Ferdowsi (two double beds and four single beds)
One 75-square-meter villa: Shams Tabrizi (one double bed and two single beds)
The Ferdowsi suite and Shams Tabrizi villa have Iranian toilets, bathrooms, and Western toilets. The other suites are equipped with Western toilets and private bathrooms. The Shams Tabrizi villa has gas heating, while the other suites have radiators. All units have split air conditioning.

Avisar offers amenities such as open parking, English-speaking staff, furniture, dining tables, TV, tourist guide, restaurant, café, and entertainment lounge to ensure your comfort. The Jami, Saadi, Ferdowsi suites, and Shams Tabrizi villa have fully equipped kitchens, while the other suites have private refrigerators.
